Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Around-the-clock support in your own home for participants who need regular help from a worker to live independently.
Short-Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite
Temporary accommodation and support away from home — for planned breaks or when usual arrangements are not available.
High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Complex personal care for participants with high clinical needs. Module 1 certified workers under AHPRA Registered Nurse oversight.
Community Nursing Care
Clinical nursing at home, wound care, medication, catheter care, respiratory support — delivered by AHPRA Registered Nurses.
Daily Personal Care
Support with showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting, delivered by trained workers who know your routine.
Community Participation
One-on-one support to access social and community activities. A consistent support worker accompanies you to the activities you choose.
Innovative Community Participation
Structured Capacity Building programs to develop the skills for more independent community participation.
Life Skills Development
Hands-on training in cooking, budgeting, communication, and daily living, building independence, not reliance.
Life Stage Transitions
Planning and coordination for major life changes, leaving school, moving to independent living, or starting work.
Specialist Positive Behaviour Support
Specialist assessment and behaviour support planning. We find what is driving behaviour and build strategies to address it.
Household Tasks & Home Support
Help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and home organisation, tasks your disability makes difficult to manage alone.
Group & Centre-Based Activities
Structured group programs to connect with peers, build skills, and take part in activities alongside others.
Assist with Travel & Transport
A support worker drives you or travels with you to appointments, activities, and commitments you cannot reach independently.
Employment Support & Job Readiness
Support to find work, prepare for the workplace, and keep a job. Includes School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).
