What SIL means for you?
Supported Independent Living is NDIS funding for a support worker to help you in your home, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You might have your own support worker, or share one with other people in your home, that depends on how much help you need.
For you, this means the help doesn't stop at a few scheduled visits. It's there for personal care, meals, household tasks, and the support or supervision you need across the full day and night.
SIL is also there to build your skills, not just assist you. Support workers help you do more for yourself over time, not just do things for you.

Consistent care you can trust
Having support workers in your home every single day is a big commitment. That is why we don't just provide standard care, we provide a team you can rely on to feel safe and comfortable in your own space.
Qualified, certified staff
Every support worker holds a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, plus training in first aid, medication, manual handling, behaviour support, and complex care.
Trained for your specific needs
If you support needs a specific skill, using your equipment, following your plan, we find a worker who has it, or we arrage training for them. No one starts until they're ready.
Consistent staffing
You get a small, regular team, and you meet them before support starts. All staff are employed directly by SA Holistic Care, no agency workers.
Available when you need us
We cover mornings, evenings, overnight, and full 24-hour support. If your regular worker can't make a shift, we send someone you already know, not whoever's free.
